Catholics everyone may soon sleep a little easier. For generations, devote Catholics and those born into devote families have been nervous to divorce at the risk of being frowned upon by the church. Divorced Catholics who do
not receive the nearly impossible to attain annulment cannot fully participate in mass. Former View co-host Jenny McCarthy is from a devotedly Catholic family; her mother divorced her father and has never been able to fully participate in mass despite attending mass every day of her life.
